Round Robin Screen:
Round Robin Rule Name - This field is used to enter the name of the Round Robin rule.
Is Active - This toggle is used to set the Round Robin rule as active or inactive.
Select Object - This required field lets users choose an object for which they want to create the rule. The "Select Object" lookup field allows users to search and assign any object they need.
For custom objects, three reference fields are required: Routing, Round Robin, and Round Robin Assignment.
These fields must be present on the object for it to be available on the Routing and Round Robin screens.
Only objects with these fields can have routing and round robin rules created for them.
4. Add User - Users can select users for assignment in the Round Robin rule.
The 'Select User' drop-down field displays a filtered list of users who have an active license.
5. Add User Row Enable Toggle - This toggle enables or disables a user for Round Robin assignment.
On the Round Robin Listing UI:
Edit - Users can edit the Round Robin rule title, IsActive (True/False), selected object, and assignment user, among other things.
Delete - Clicking this will delete the Round Robin rule.
(Note: Round Robin UI data will be saved in the Round_Robin__c object.)
